Frequently asked questions
All orders are shipped from our factory in China with full tracking information provided once the shipment departs. Delivery time varies by destination: typically 4–6 weeks for sea freight to the US. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please contact us with your order number and we will trace the shipment immediately.
Shipping schedules depend on the carrier and customs clearance procedures, which may be affected by local public holidays in both China and the destination country. While we do our best to maintain on-time delivery, please note that holidays may cause minor delays. We will keep you updated if any changes occur.
We ship worldwide to most countries, including the United States, Canada, the EU, and many others. For US orders, we deliver to most postcodes via sea freight to major ports, with optional door-to-door delivery through our partnered carriers. If you have specific delivery location requirements, please share your postcode and we will confirm availability for you.
As factory-direct large-sized products (bathtubs and smart mirrors), we do not offer next-day delivery. All orders require production lead time (2–4 weeks) plus international shipping time. For urgent orders, please contact us to discuss expedited production and shipping options, subject to availability.
For door-to-door delivery, a signature is typically required to confirm receipt of large and fragile items like bathtubs and mirrors. If you are unable to be present, we recommend arranging a trusted contact to receive the package, or selecting delivery to a commercial address (e.g., a warehouse or contractor’s location) to avoid delays.
